Almost played golf week, a nice 82, 41 out & in, birds on 1st & 13th, was a s/ford multiplier & my partner did not have a good day.
Stevo got some flathead & shark from Grassy bay, had some pickled quince I did a while ago so I made a mayonnaise with it to serve with the flathead, works well. Cut chunky steaks from the gummy shark to char grill & made a good Asian salad to go with it, No golf as the weather has been a shocker, it will improve.
Got very busy early tonight, not happened for a while, good to feel that buzz again,industry people will know what I mean, sellers were the smoked chedder stuffed chicken with braised celery & slow cooked pork belly, the bar was busy as well with the roast pork almost out, made a nice apple sauce from scratch to go with it, local ones of course, no comp golf till the 22 july but a nice social game coming up with an old mate from the mainland.
